Welcome to MyChatsHub. Please read these terms carefully before using the MyChatsHub website (https://mychatshub.com/) and mobile application (hereafter referred to as the "App"). If you disagree with any part of these terms or our privacy policy, please refrain from using our website, app, or any related services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms of use and our privacy policy at our discretion, including updates to reflect new features, changes in business practices, or legal requirements. The latest version can always be found on our app and website, along with the date of the last revision. Please periodically review these terms and the privacy policy, as all modifications are effective upon publication. Your continued use of the MyChatsHub app and website after revisions indicates your acceptance of the terms of use. We will notify MyChatsHub users when we make modifications to the terms of use and/or privacy policy via our App.

Eligibility

MyChatsHub is a social platform designed to connect people globally for meaningful connections. By creating a MyChatsHub account, you confirm the following:

• You are at least 18 years old.

• You can enter into a binding contract with MyChatsHub.

• You are not prohibited from using the service under Indian laws or any other applicable jurisdiction.

• You have no unspent convictions or active court orders related to assault, violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment.

• You will not use our Website or App if you have been previously removed from MyChatsHub.

• You will comply with this agreement and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

Governing Law

These terms of use and privacy policy are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Registration and Your Account

To use the Website or App, you must register and authenticate yourself using Facebook or Linkedin login. After registration, you can create a personal account ("Your Account"). During this process, we will need your pictures and additional information about yourself, such as your interests, story, pictures, philosophy, work, and an icebreaker, in addition to basic information like your name, gender, date of birth, height, relationship status, religion, ethnicity, and city of residence. Your email and phone number will serve as your identifier when contacting support.

Your Account is registered via your phone number, Facebook, or Linkedin login. By logging in through Facebook or Linkedin, you authorize us to access and use your public Facebook profile information and information you share in common with other MyChatsHub users to create your MyChatsHub account.

MyChatsHub does not accept responsibility for the login credentials used to sign in to the service; you are responsible for all activities under these credentials.

By registering for MyChatsHub, you grant us permission to send you SMS notifications about your profile-related activities.

If you suspect your account has been compromised and accessed by someone else, contact support@MyChatsHub.in to request the removal of your account from your registered email ID.

Community Guidelines

MyChatsHub users are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and professionalism. Unacceptable behavior may result in the termination of membership. Here are some guidelines:

• Do not post or transmit defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually-oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or material that infringes on another party’s rights.

• Do not use automated tools to retrieve or reproduce content from the service.

• Do not use MyChatsHub for soliciting your own business activities or commercial purposes.

• Do not provide inaccurate, misleading, or false information to MyChatsHub or other users.

• Do not publish links to other websites.

• Do not share your MyChatsHub login details with others.

• Use discretion when sharing personal information with other MyChatsHub users; exercise privacy and safety precautions. Do not publish complete personal contact information on Your Account.

• Your photos will be reviewed before being published on MyChatsHub.

• Do not upload viruses or malicious code or compromise the security of MyChatsHub's services.

• Do not post vulgar, defamatory, controversial, or copyright-violating content.

• Use information provided by another MyChatsHub user in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner.

• Do not disrupt public order or interfere with MyChatsHub's normal operations in any way

• Immediately stop contacting any user who asks you to do so.

• Do not post, copy, modify, disclose, or distribute any confidential information or other material subject to our or a third party's intellectual property rights without obtaining written consent.

• You agree to compensate us for any claims or damages demanded by a third party relating to or arising from your breach or suspected breach of these terms of use.

• MyChatsHub offers assistance and guidance through its customer care team. When communicating with us, do not engage in abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexist, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account without warning if we find your behavior towards our customer care team or any other employee threatening or offensive.

• MyChatsHub reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your account without refund if we believe you have misled MyChatsHub or its users, misused the Service, or behaved inappropriately or unlawfully, including actions or communications off the service involving users you met through MyChatsHub.

Safety

MyChatsHub does not conduct criminal or formal background checks on its users and does not verify user statements. You are solely responsible for taking appropriate safety precautions when using the Website and App and contacting other users. Understand the risks of interacting online or offline with other users, including dating and meeting. We do not guarantee or verify the accuracy of information provided by other users. MyChatsHub makes every effort to keep the information on the Website and App accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. You rely on provided information at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or full functionality of the Website and App. All content and services on the Website and App are provided "as is" and "as available." Any decisions or actions based on information provided through the Website and App are at your discretion and risk.

Please note that we record all calls for safety and security purposes.

MyChatsHub does not collect data from minors. If a Member falsely claims to be over 18 years of age, the minor's parents should inform MyChatsHub by emailing support@MyChatsHub.in to request data deletion. MyChatsHub commits to deleting the minor's data promptly.

License

MyChatsHub grants you a restricted license for private and personal use. As a MyChatsHub user, you grant us a free, non-exclusive, international, and permanent license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, and represent any intellectual property-related content (text, emojis, photos, videos, etc.) you provide through the App for the purpose of communicating with other users. We can use such content in various formats on the Website, App, ads, and other areas accessible by users and for internal purposes.

MyChatsHub reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, with or without notice. You agree that MyChatsHub will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Deletion of Account

You can delete your MyChatsHub account at any time without notice. If you wish to use MyChatsHub again, you will need to register once more.

When you delete your account:

• Your profile will be removed from the list of profiles on MyChatsHub.

• You cannot reactivate your deleted profile. MyChatsHub reserves the right to terminate your membership, suspend your profile, or disable access due to a breach of these terms, with or without notice. Under any circumstances, purchases made on MyChatsHub will not be refundable.

Copyright Infringement Claims

You may not post, distribute, or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining prior written consent from the owner of such rights. If you believe your work has been copied and posted on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information at support@MyChatsHub.in:

• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. The location of the material you claim is infringing, on the app.

• Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.

• A written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

External Links and Services

The service may provide links to other websites or resources on the World Wide Web. Because MyChatsHub has no control over these sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that MyChatsHub is not responsible for their availability or any content, advertising, products, or materials on or available from these sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that MyChatsHub shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such site or resource. Please carefully review the terms of use and privacy policies of such sites, as you will be bound by them during your interactions.

Limitation of Liability and Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other MyChatsHub users. MyChatsHub reserves the right to monitor the resolution of any disputes arising between MyChatsHub users, but is not obliged to do so. We do not provide arbitration or settlement services for domestic or private disputes between users. MyChatsHub also reserves the right to take action against errant users, as deemed appropriate.

In no event shall MyChatsHub, its affiliates, employees, agents, licensors, or partners be liable for any damages whatsoever, including direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental damages, arising out of or related to your conduct or anyone else's conduct in connection with the use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, bodily injury, emotional distress, loss of use, loss of data, loss caused by a computer or electronic virus, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, wasted management or office time, breach of contract, or claims of third parties. This limitation applies even if MyChatsHub has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, arising from communications or meetings with other users or persons you meet through this service.

MyChatsHub's maximum liability arising out of or in connection with the Website or App or your use of our content, regardless of the cause of action (whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty, or otherwise), will not exceed the fees you have paid for purchases on MyChatsHub.

Indemnity

• MyChatsHub assumes no responsibility for any content that you, another user, or a third party posts, sends, or receives through the service. Any material downloaded or obtained through the service is at your discretion and risk.

Miscellaneous

MyChatsHub may be acquired in part or in whole by another company without notice.

If you breach these terms of use and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to exercise our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these terms of use.
